Bankmagazin, published by Springer Professional, has chosen Recording Insights as its solution of the month in issue 1/2023. Recording Insights is a natively developed, certified app in Microsoft Teams. It is seamlessly integrated into Microsoft Dynamics 365 and scalable via the global infrastructure of Microsoft Azure. The recording solution reliably captures and stores all omnichannel communication. In doing so, it takes into account the respective recording profiles, which are adapted to the customer requirements.
Other Microsoft technologies such as artificial intelligence via Cognitive Services are integrated, which allows compliance processes within Microsoft Teams to be completely transparent and automated. Conversations can be analysed in a targeted manner. For this purpose, the application transcribes the entire conversation and evaluates it using keyword recognition, automatic categorisation and emotion recognition. In this way, compliance violations can be detected. In addition, Recording Insights offers an integrated translation of conversation content, which facilitates cooperation, especially in internationally operating companies.
